In Sept. 24 we had photos done and it was, the most disappointing results I’ve ever had with a photographer. When I received the proofs, I upgraded to the full album, expecting quality work. The turnaround was 2 weeks, after a month- I reached out. Kimberly stated she was struggling with edits and outsourced some work. When I received the album I was appalled.
