In my opinion, I was treated horrendously by Kimbell Designs. I feel that I did not receive the service I requested at Kimbell Designs. I tried to plead with the owner to correct the canvas which in my opinion is sub-par and he did not fix this canvas but instead called me names saying things I would characterize as vulgar and personally insulting. I had asked for a minor alteration to my canvas and I would have thought this would have included a smooth surface and snaps but what was produced did not lie flat and snaps were ... read more
