I went and asked for layers and showed her pics she said okay after the haircut my hair LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!! I couldn’t even tell after the haircut if it was what i wanted cus she didn’t even style it and if she did she would’ve charged 10 more.. she completely ruined the back of my hair yet at another salon they cut my hair perfectly and styled it for only 30 and she wanted to charge 50 smh.

Came in before closing asking for a cut & blowout. Cut my hair fully in rush, did not part my hair and didn’t bother checking if it was even (it was not). Was combing through my hair so quickly she broke my cartilage hoop; I had to use pliers once I got home to line up the hoop so it would close. Didn’t understand I asked for a cut & blowout? Dried my hair until it was damp and when I asked for a blowout she ended up straightening and curling the ends. When I complained about it not being even and my earring breaking the off... read more
