Kim Pedersen and her staff at Alerus Mortgage worked tirelessly for us a year ago to secure a mortgage on our new home and again, last month, when we refinanced at a favorable interest rate so we could apply the proceeds from the sale of our previous home. Kim’s intuition was correct on timing for refinancing, as interest rates did not drop any lower after we locked in. Kim and her staff competently handled all the details and provided the guidance we needed.
