We were buying a home concurrent with selling another home and the timing of the two transactions was uncertain. We got more than just a good rate. Very helpful and prompt
Kim was outstanding. From the initial approval she was incredibly responsive explained any steps needed broke down the costs quickly and plainly and just made our lives so much easier when both putting our offer in and finalizing our loan details. We received a few suggestions from our realtor on who to contact as a lender and luckily for us Kim called us back immediately and was so helpful that it was an easy decision on who to go with. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the area.
