I've been with Kim and HB&T for two refinances and could not be any more pleased with her speed and professionalism. We recently moved two states away and we're so pleased to find out that HB&T and Kim were available in states outside of IL. I would never consider using a different bank or Mortgage Banker for future REFIs or mortgages. Top notch in every way possible!
I have a home mortgage with Heartland Bank. I been very satisficed with my Mortgage Broker Kim, for over three years now. Kim stays in touch with me annually for a review of my note and if it would be wise to refinance. I have twice, on Kim's recommendation, refinanced my note at a substantial cost savings to me.
