Kim Flotteron Esq. is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called her office today 5/26/2020 to inquire about a CO that her office received from my realtor for a closing she took part in, her office did not maintain a record of the document as they were unable to locate it. And she was extremely nasty when I asked where I could get this document for which she should have maintained a record of as a professional.
