Never reviewed the bodycam footage to see that the officer spent 30 minute “running the number on my firearm” to continently give a K-9 unit time to get there. Well above “reasonable amount of time to detain someone”. My mistake for hiring a divorce lawyer for a criminal defense case. That as my mistake. HOWEVER she was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and pleasant to deal with. I still got the charge but that was it. Even though BSL PD had absolutely NOTHING on me.
