Spend the extra money and use another real estate lawyer. I used this law firm for the sale/purchase of a home. Although the purchase part went ok the sale was a nightmare. I felt as if I was always chasing her office when I needed something and when it came to me receiving payment for my house it was delayed stating missed banking time, accidentally forgetting the cheque was written when someone went to pick it up.
