After I spent a couple hours uploading all my tax docs on an afternoon I took off of work for this, they changed their word and said they just prefer not to do my taxes. I reached out for a quote or suggestions and got no response. I am a former client too. Not a good way to treat a repeat customer. The excuse was time and budget. What about my time, after they even had assigned someone?
Giving 1 Star because 0 isn’t an option. This is the most incompetent, uncommunicative accounting firm I have ever dealt with. Take your business ANYWHERE else. This is 2 years in a row now we’ve had major problems with the IRS because they messed up.
I’ve been getting my taxes filed here for past two years. The agency has been swift with processing my tax information. However, one challenge that I’ve experienced is the staff does not provide timely updates as it relates to tax repayments.
