Kim is extremely unorganized. She looses documents and then claims you never gave it to her. Then she will charge you for her time, when she has to back track to correct her mistakes. She will NEVER admit fault for anything, no matter how many times she screws up. She will just talk to you in a very condecending , passive aggresive tone and try her best to make you feel like the idiot. Instead of just taking the info you bring to do your taxes, They ask questions and point out things you could never know on your own. It is obviously a point of pride for Ms Lindsay to save you as much as can legally be found on your taxes.
