I brought in my hot point dry that would stop running randomly. It took them almost a week to work on it I had to call them for them to take a look at it. They Oder a new part and replaced it though it fixed one issue they did not run another test and now the dry heats but it still shuts off. I have tried to contact the individual who worked on it and have still yet to hear back from them I even left my phone number a still after 2 days have not heard back I am extremely unsatisfied with this issue.
Very kind staff available for help at anytime! ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ If someone asks this will always be my first request!
