Where supposed to represent me through legal aid contacted me two working days before court case to cancel appointment trying to book appointment the day prior to court . I cancelled them due to the fact that I felt they did not take this case in a professional manner. Would not recommend them for any case at all

Would NOT recommend KCL for any Children's Court Matter. *The firm rarely acknowledged email concerns/queries including those containing personal information i.e. medical diagnosis (previously requested). *Paperwork was sent out well after the date of appearances. *No heads up with 3 changes of lawyers over short timeframe. *Phone calls left to ring out. *On the day of sentencing, Ms. Kilroy could not locate my son in the same waiting room. If I could rate this law firm 10 stars I would. I cannot speak highly enough of them, and the amazing lawyer who recently represented me in court, Bri. She has such empathy and compassion and professionalism and most importantly to me, she believed in me to the point QCS provided incorrect paperwork regarding my time served. It was official paperwork, that I was insisting was wrong.
