Do NOT use Kilpatrick Moving & Storage! They charged for insurance that was not valid, refuse to compensate for damaged of broken china plates and refuse to address this issue. They provide false advertisement stating they were accredited by Better Business Bureau. I contracted with Kilpatrick Moving & Storage for moving & storage services because they are an agent of Atlas Van Lines, which is known to be a reputable moving company.
