I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. I initially engaged Kilpatrick Hatton because of the solicitor I met with (Ali). Unfortunately, she left the firm during my matter and I was never informed. I only found out after chasing an update and receiving an automated email advising she was no longer with the firm. Repeated attempts for discussions re mothers will, NO response. Told they would return my call, still haven't received it, now several weeks. Some form of response would be a professional expected outcome, nothing but ghosting. Unexceptable!
