The massage itself was good with great pressure and working out the knots and Sore muscles. However the lotion/oil used during the procedure caused extensive outbreaks on my body. I have inflamed pores all over my back that looks horrible and itches extensively. You should test oils and lotions before using them on clients. I can’t go outside to the beach now. My skin looks horrible. This has ruined my vacation and after paying more than 300 dollars for a massage I expect much better.
Amazing amazing!! The vibe at this place had so much aloha and my experience here was wonderful. Aida and Kaimalani (or Kailani) were so down to earth and helpful assisting me and making me feel comfortable in the hydrotherapy garden areas, which are so BEAUTIFUL and an absolutle steal to be able to enjoy before my massage appointment. My husband and I got the most amazing couples massage from Kahala and Nani. Originally we didn’t plan any spa services because of the price, but once we arrived and heard about it from others we booked the massage. Definitely worth the price since it includes access to the other spa amenities (all kinds of hot/cold showers and pools, saunas). The most Beautiful Spa! The entire staff is amazing! One of the staff members who stood out was Aida she was so sweet, knowledgeable & accommodating. She made the spa experience very enjoyable. I also had a massage with Kahala she was outstanding one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I would also highly recommend the hydro spa area after your treatments Its incredible! Everything at the Kilolani spa is a 5 star experience!
My husband surprised me this morning with a spa day for my birthday. I spent 5 amazing hours in the new Spa Grande at Grand Wailea. My how things have changed!! I enjoyed a 30 minutes hand and wrist massage followed by a pedicure. My absolute favorite part was the 60 minute lomi lomi massage with Jennifer B! Her technique is corrective. All of the knots gone! All of the stress gone! All of the abundant energy..amplified. I would whole hardly recommend Jennifer B ! She knows how to make things better. Mahalo
