As i just end trial today I wanted to write a review for Kezia. She is absolutely the best choice possible in my opinion for a lawyer. She guided me through every step of the process. I constantly bothered her during and after hours and she was always willing to work with me and help me understand different things or simple to ease my mind. Kezia and Val are amazing people to work with and do their best to try and help you in anyway possible. If you are court appointed to her for guardianship, she doesn’t defend you to other witnesses testimonies. She also will speak to you just once a week before the trial and doesn’t work with you to prepare for the trial.
Very unprofessional not to return new client’s phone calls as well as emails. I was suppose to have her to be my own guardian and she never once returned my phone calls. Including a phone meeting I was suppose to have with her. I had to request a new attorney. Never spoken to her and I had to call the courthouse to request a new one.
I went with Kezia because of how skilled I was told she was. There is no doubt that she can be a incredibly smart. However that is the only good thing from my experience. Expect ZERO communication, no monthly statements on how much she's charging you, she didn't even call me back until the day before my scheduling hearing. Trying to get information about your case from her or her secretary is harder than pulling teeth.
