Do not have them touch up a blemish. My son ended up looking like a different person. It's 2024 why can't you use equipment that works with green clothing smh.
Killian Photography has been doing our school's photos for as long as I can remember. Standard pictures, etc. I will say their customer service is great though. I've emailed them a number of times with questions or help with orders and they are always quick to help out. I do wish they would pay a little more attention to kids hair though... Lots of fly aways in photos.
Apparently the company decided to cut costs by removing the cardboard that kept the photos from being bent, unfortunately my son being a typical 9 year old boy threw them in his backpack and didn't think anything of it, and they got two creases down the middle, when I emailed, Barbara didn't apologize but got defensive and stated that "We have delivered thousands of photos this year and this has not seemed to be a significant problem.
