Hi came to visit kililelea house with my mum today to visit a lady who is staying there for rest bite after breaking her hip. Can I just say the carers are so lovely, friendly & so helpful but im so upset on how the quy who was on the desk was so rude & arrogant with myself & my mum on how he spoke to us.
