Filed my taxes with this person and they were rejected. Not only did he fail to inform me, when I called numerous (6) times to ask why I had not received my return, his office replied that it was probably taking longer due to the COVID pandemic. I called several times over a 6 month period and finally they said it was rejected. I asked why they never let me know and did not get an answer.
