Thank goodness! I finally found the old Mac’s BBQ sauce from Cairo, IL from years ago. I was born in Cairo, Illinois and ate at Mac’s BBQ literally a hundred + times over the years. I’m a pork shoulder fan. This sauce is the best I’ve ever had and I live in Kansas City, the self proclaimed bbq capital! I say no to that. They eat beef here and a thick sweet sweet sauce. Please never stop making this! Placing another order tonight.

These folks sell Cairo BBQ sauce, formerly Mack’s BBQ sauce. It’s a vinegar based BBQ sauce that is fantastic on pork. But they also sell Cairo BBQ seasoning, which is also fantastic. I use it mostly on chicken, and I get raves from family and friends. Just excellent stuff! Thank you!
