The first year was great, they made the meals on site and there were 40 beds, no dementia. The second year the facility was like living in a construction zone for the whole 12 months. It was extremely noisy and dangerous. The food was then imported and reheated, nothing cooked on site anymore. After that another 40 rooms had been added and dementia patients admitted. My dad has been in this care facility for past 6mths, it’s always hard putting a parent into a care facility but I couldn’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff here and how attentive they all are. My dad is happy and content in here, he has made lots of new friends and enjoys all the daily activities that the staff put on for the residents. We love the work the team do in KC 👍👍
Both our Mum and our stepdad have both recently moved to Killarney Court. Every single staff member is fabulous, the facility is fantastic, heaps of areas for residents to interact, great activities and bus trips and the food is amazing. Could not recommend highly enough.
Just don't put your family into a home.
