Kilkenny Law has repeatedly refused to provide public records with disgraceful responses. Responses such as misspelling their clients (municipalities) names incorrectly, falsely citing RTK request wording, and claiming requested entities do not possess documents they are legally required to possess. This entity has a serious conflict of interest being run by the Montgomery County Sheriff.

I had first hired an attorney at another firm that did not take the time to understand my case, go over things with me in detail and showed up 5 mins before court started where he confused facts. Not only did this aggrivate the court, but myself as a client as well. I fired that counsel and was referred to John Walko who does not usually focus on criminal cases such as this.
