I love kilgores! I have been using them for over 7 years and they always have amazing customer service, everyone is super nice and helpful. They stay on top of my meds, even calling to refill. Through all the insurance changes they have kept my meds coming no matter what. With all the stress of dialysis and transplant, they are the only ones that have made it easier. Thank u Kilgores for always going above and beyond for ur patients!
poor customer service 2 employers were pretty rude and got hostile with me and i told the lady not to be rude with me. i just had to hang up on the lady that was suppose to be in charge of inssurrance claims, she made me feel like i was was nothing. When asked for the owners name and phone number the lady got smart and finally gave the owners phone and couldnt remember what promp / number to push to talk to the owner. including management on duty. i am on medicaid due to financial problems and health issues with cancer. to... read more
well let's start by getting contracts with insurance companies!! i have never in my life heard of a pharmacy that doesn't!! to expect customers to pay out of pocket for things their insurance (that they're already paying for) would normally cover is absurd & horrible customer service
Kilgores refused to honor a pbm contract for medicine prices today. They flat refused to honor the price laid out in there pbm contract, and I'm currently working on escalation with there pbm.

I am sorry you had a bad experience today and I am doing my research to see how that happened. Locally we have not signed a contract with that particular discount card and requested a copy of the contract from the discount card company so we can fully understand what this document states and they were unable to provide that. Kilgores is not signed up on ALL available discount cards as we have observed some of these cards extracting hidden fees from our patients as well as some reimbursing below our acquisition cost. RecommendedBill Morrissey went out of his way during this crazy snowstorm to go in and prepare my prescription, along with others, and allow me to stop by and pick it up. It means more to me then I could ever express in words that you personally called me and let me know I could stop by and pick it up.
