My dad was a resident in their memory care unit the last 8 months of his life. The staff is incredible -especially Reina, Rhia and Kelly. They truly care about their residents. I always felt like my dad was well taken care of and secure. He was always clean, well fed and secure. The facility is clean, well lit and friendly - from reception to administration. I would highly recommend Kiley Ranch for assisted and memory care living for your loved ones.

I visited here recently looking for a place for my mother. Austin showed us the community, and he was so professional, helpful, and empathetic during such a stressful time in our life. We were so thankful for him and his willingness to meet our needs. My mother ended up needing psychiatric hospital services but we would have come here if it had worked out. Thank you Austin and Kiley Ranch, we may be back when the timing is right!

This is by far the nicest assisted living community in Sparks/Reno. Not only is the building new and clean but the staff were very helpful and make you feel like part of a family. All the residents were glowing and happy, and there were fun activities going on during our tour for my mother. The chef came out and introduced themselves and asked my mother what her favorite meal was and gave us some freshly baked cookies. The rooms are spacious and a close walk to the dining and amenities. My grandmother was in there for 2 years in their memory care unit. There were constant issues with her clothes not being cleaned, my family had to constantly stay on them over small things like refilling her soap dispenser.Several of her things have been stolen. She has had several UTIs because they do not make sure that she drinks enough water. She is almost 90 years old and this most recent UTI is going to kill her. She is currently in hospice due to it. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kiley Ranch Assisted Living facility in Sparks, NV. My mother is a resident in their assisted living. I am one of those family members that like to keep a very close eye on mom. I’ve had the chance to meet a few of the other residents and everyone seems very happy and content.
