I can not rate this firm any higher than 2 stars for the following reasons after our experience: •The paralegal’s customer service & communication skills were lackluster at best. •The partner attorney was unhelpful and uncooperative with our realtor and really could not care to what our needs were at the time. •Most importantly, the firm had no capacity to encrypt or protect our personal information when emailing loan docs and sent them to parties that should not have been sent.
