Had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with KC and wow it definitely wasn’t easy in the moment (lots of deep breathing required!) but exactly what my body needed. I carry a lot of full body tension from working at a desk all week and training at the gym, and KC worked through some seriously tight spots that had been building up.
