This was my first time visiting Kiku Spa, and I booked a 120-minute treatment. From the moment I arrived, the experience was very welcoming. The reception staff were friendly, had a nice conversation with me, and offered green tea while I relaxed before the treatment. The massage itself was amazing and incredibly relaxing. My massage was excellent by Momoko. She asked questions before we began and made sure that it was a comfortable pressure but was still effective to get at all my sore muscles. I was impressed by the ambiance and the whole experience. We will return.

I had an amazing experience here! My husband surprised me with the birthday package and it was sooooo worth it! The tea ceremony was super thoughtful and the overall care and attention to detail pushed the experience over the top. Massage wise it was so relaxing I was falling in and out of sleep the whole time!
