Zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment, confirmed it, and she didn’t show up to notarize a time sensitive document. She doesn’t answer the phone either.
Definitely recommend Kiki. We needed a notary on a Sunday to come out to the hospital and she was there within an hour of calling. She's professional while also being very easygoing and kind. The process was super quick and her prices are great. Zero complaints and would absolutely use her services again in the future.
Very unprofessional. She showed up to my house for our appointment high, reeking of weed. After the appointment I sent the paperwork out to my attorney, only to find out the forms hadn't been filled out properly with portions completely missing . I made another appointment with this company and they never showed up or even reached out. Waste of our time and money.
