got a letter for my 2023 tax from the federal that said something was not right. told Walter about it he said send him the letter and he would look at it . I told him I would like the letter back when he was done . he contacted me by email and said he missed a box. never got the letter but I tried to call and he never answered or called back he did even answer his emails anymore and I don't think he even resent the fixed tax forums. I don't know who jim is and the letter was dropped off at his house drop off
Walt was not able to complete a tax return he had for over 4 months. He became irate when I suggested he ask someone for help with a form he did not understand.
For me as a a foreigner to meet Walt some years ago, was like to find a treasure in the seller. He's always been caring, ingenious professional and wise human being on top of it. Bravo!
Delightful human being! Courteous, upfront and very knowledgeable! I’ve been with the same accountant for over 20 years so definitely going to someone new could be nerve-racking. I was immediately comfortable. I moved here a year ago and was referred to Walt by family. My tax returns were done in a very timely manner and his communication is superb! I felt very comfortable and will definitely be using him in the future.
This gentleman is a wonderful, considerate person as well as an extremely knowledgeable accountant. He asked me more questions than I had ever been asked in my entire life (and I am in my late 60's)! BUT, the questions he asked made a HUGE difference whether I received a refund or I had to pay income tax. (By the way....He was able to get me a very nice, refund.)
