The staff are knowledgeable and good at their job. The results and deep analysis helps customers to understand their body, weak points. Their structured program helps customers in quick recovery and gaining stability to their regular work. So far, my experience with Keiser is amazing and waiting to see the results from their regime.
Wonderful place to work out. I see Laura as my physiotherapist and am guided by Grace and Ela for my introductory sessions. I’ve been going for only a month and see massive improvement with posture and chronic pain on my lower back. Highly recommend coming here if you’re serious about exercising. The atmosphere is also nice..
Fantastic place staff are amazing
I usually go to the South Melbourne location as it's right near my work, but I had the day off yesterday and it was great to be able to spend some time at my local one. The building seemed a lot smaller than South Melbourne but it had all my machines I needed and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
