Absolutely without doubt the best decision I’ve ever made with regards to my health… Getting older and still trying to keep up with my kids, I really needed something to improve not only my strength, but overall wellbeing… The guys at Kieser Werribee got me off painkillers and have made huge improvements to not only how I play sport, but also how quickly I recover. The staff are excellent, extremely knowledgeable and I seriously cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done for me… Should be a six star rating guys,
My wife (mother of 4) was booked for a 5pm appointment (following an 8hr work shift). When she arrived she was notified her PT went home sick (which okay fair, but they couldn't notify via email/text earlier?) and their next available would be 7pm. Left with no other choice, she booked it and WAITED FOR 2 HOURS across the street only to have the postponed booking cancelled again! I'm livid, this is how this place treats customers? The team at Kieser Werribee are so knowledgeable, professional and service orientated. They take the time to show and explain what is happening in the body and suitable exercises and machines. They encourage questions and are keen to help people with individualised programs. I also love being able to train without an appointment, and autonomously, but book in for more guided assistance when I need.
Not my local Kieser however I was out this way and squeezed in a workout. Nicely laid out , good undercover parking. Would visit again if I was in the hood.
I've been attending Kieser for a year now. I think it's been really helpful in strengthening my back. The team are friendly and really helpful. I like the way they observe you working out and tweak/correct the way you are doing the exercise. I've seen both Mark & Liam the physios. They have been great helping with my neck issues with Mark taking time to explain my MRI. I highly recommend Kieser it's much more than a reglar gym.
