I have spent 13 weeks doing the knee and hip osteoarthritis program funded by our Health Care company. What a disaster, I have extensive osteoarthritis throuought my body. I'm am now in more pain than I have ever been. The idea of strengthening the muscles is great but putting load on your damaged joints is stupid. I joined Kieser to build muscle and bone strength, as my bone density needed improving. My results so far are that my leg strength has improved a great deal. There were a couple of machines that did not suit me. When I had my review Zoe changed the machines on my program and now, not only has my leg strength improved, but so has my upper body strength. This has made a huge improvement to me. Thank you Zoe. The staff at Kieser are warm, friendly and easy to approach and seek advice from. Thank you one and all.
