Such a great clinic. I went from not being able to run 3k without knee pain to be able to go for 20km pain free. I haven’t been able to do that in years. The team is all so knowledgeable and helpful. Emma finally gave me answers about the knee/hip pain I have had for years. Flavia was great at giving me personalised tips to help me get the most out of my program. The rest of the team was also amazing it’s clear you have great training and hiring.
Physiotherapy with a gym filled with weird and wonderful specialist exercise equipment, great for rehab, injuries, and just keeping fit.
Kieser Spotswood is a great gym with a friendly, professional team. Harry’s an excellent coach, always focused on technique and progress. Hannah’s welcoming and helpful at the front desk. Love the Kieser app and data tracking, makes improvement clear and motivating.
I first came to another Kieser to rehab from knee surgery 5 years ago but left shortly after recovery. I was excited to join Spotswood when they opened for building strength and the difference that has kept me consistent is the excellent training from Harry and the team. The machines are excellent, I love the quiet vibe that lets me focus, and the inputs from Harry make sure I am not slipping in form, and we adjust my settings and technique depending on what my body needs. I started seeing Ray in 2022 for my back, neck, and shoulder pain which I had every day. He really helped me out, using different machines and treatments that made a big difference. After about 6 months I felt so much better, and even now I still go to Kieser and continue to feel great. Ray is very knowledgeable, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Highly recommend him and kieser!
