Daniel has been a great trainer since my first session. He is very patient with any of my grumbles. I don’t think I could have taken up Pickleball so easily without all the workouts I have done.
I cannot recommend Kieser Spotswood highly enough. My physio, Emma Scott was exceptional from the start, she truly understood the issues and built a plan that worked. My one-on-one sessions with Charlie, Flavia and Daniel were outstanding. I absolutely love going to Kieser Spotswood. It starts with a friendly greeting when walking in. Everyone seems to know my name, which makes me feel welcome and appreciated. Nimesh is an amazing Physiotherapist, very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything into details and works with me to change my training program when and where required.
