I have been trying gyms for 60 plus years and have never, until now, found one that meets my needs and expectations. I have been attending Kieser Ocean Grove twice per week for over two years, and the fitness results have exceeded my expectations. At 86, I have decided I'm fit enough to resume my overseas travels.
The cost is high but I've found it's good value for money. There are no cardio machines, the equipment is only for strengthening. There are in-house physios, exercise physiologists and personal trainers who are well trained in helping the layperson or professionals get stronger.
