Great environment and helpful, knowledgeable staff
I was really disappointed with my experience at Kieser. The physio service felt rushed and impersonal, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were properly listened to or addressed. Instead of a tailored treatment plan, I was quickly referred into their standard exercise program, which didn’t suit my injury or recovery stage.
