I have been attending Kieser for 12 months now. I started the journey due to many pain and mobility issues because of a huge sports history when younger. Most of my joints were stuffed, I had bursitis in my shoulder and hips and a lower back # from 42 years working as a nurse. I go to Kieser usually second daily.
