I would like to give it 0 stars but can't. There are positives: staff are super friendly, the gym is devoid of people taking selfies and admiring themselves in the mirrors, and the equipment and app are really good. However, this is overshadowed by the incompetence of Kieser's billing system. I finished using the Gym in July 2025, and in the 5 months since, Kieser have attempted to take monies out of my account 12 times.
