I came to Kieser with a serious hobble in my right knee - surgeon had advised me I needed a knee replacement more then three years before at 50 years of age and I had been reluctant to do this. I was continuing to bushwalk and trek, however I managed to further injure my knee during an indoor cricket game and before a multi-day trek.
