I always receive a cheerful greeting from the staff, using my name, when I arrive, and good wishes when I leave. Clients are similarly friendly, making it a place I look forward to and enjoy attending. The strength training I receive at Kieser allows me to maintain my active lifestyle with ease. I rang 4 times today to make a Physio appointment as I can't make the appointment online. Finally someone answers but with very unintelligible English. She keeps asking useless questions. Does just getting an appointment needs to be this hard and time consuming?
As a 61 yo (post Stage 3 breast cancer) I am well aware of my need for strength training. The concept seemed too improbable for my work schedule until I tried Kieser. This location is excellent for easy synchronizing with other work/life requirements (public transport/groceries etc). Most importantly, I have found this local team very enthusiastic, supportive and skilled. I am really enjoying the 30 min sessions (amazingly). Recommend for any fellow "non-gym junkie".
I find the machines to be very accurate in targeting the specific muscle groups and that the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
