I went to Kieser for 18m for strength training. I’m a swimmer and a writer and had various body repair projects - including RSI in both elbows and a knee problem. I’ve also had long term lower back issues. I was training independently at the clinic but that includes regular strength tests and revisions of the program. Incredible preventative and rehabilitative training program for anyone who’s trying to reduce pain or increase mobility. I started training at Kieser Collingwood with exercise physiologist, Stacie Hay, approximately four months ago to try and reduce thoracic back pain, secondary from Parkinson’s Disease. What sets Kieser apart from other gyms is the qualifications & friendliness of staff. There are no personal trainers who've completed a short course. It is run by highly qualified physios & exercise physiologists, & staff who actually care about yr health, without judgement of your appearance, weight, age etc. I started at Kieser with post-up complications affecting my mobility & stamina. I absolutely highly recommend Keiser Collingwood. All staff are great (I had Melvin and Andrew, they were so experienced and caring). The staff are caring, competent, friendly and extremely helpful. They have the state of the art equipment and facilities at Collingwood. I was told my my orthopaedic specialist that I need to have a knee replacement asap, luckily my health insurance offered to send me to Kieser to rehab and avoid surgery, for as long as possible.
