The team at Kieser Collingwood create an environment that is welcoming, supportive and motivating. I don't have a positive history with gyms, PT's and exercise environments due to the culture and approach; all of this is completely different at Kieser. For the first time in my adult life I find myself looking forward to training sessions, and enjoying the process of exercise.
I enjoy the personalised approach and believe I am benefitting from the planned rehab. I respond well to achieving a level and independently increasing to next level. A sense of progress. I like the program and think 2-3 times per week is a good target.
