I called them on 8th Feb, the person over the phone was so unfriendly and not giving proper information. Even tho the were recommended by my doctor, I’m not willing to go to them.
Great physios plus their program for strength building is second to none. Particularly good for hips, spine and knees.
This place has machines that target very specific muscles to help with your rehab.
Huge shout out to Lauren who was covering from Mosman for a colleague who needed help. She contended with lack of keys, pouring rain and leaks coming in all with a smile on her face. As I was in from out of town she (and Penny - my vote for next member of the month) were kind to suggest alternate gym and how to get there - and how great the local coffee and bakery are where I’m now enjoying a post work out breakie String of rotten luck in rotten weather dealt with with class - best of luck with rest of your studies
