Experienced staff who are proactive, trustworthy, kind, professional & know what they are doing. Highly trained in their field, with passion and care, making me feel genuinely safe & hopeful of a good outcome. Would highly recommend. The building is also of high quality & clean.

A great place for people who know they need to build overall strength as they age but don't want to go to a traditional gym. Do the future you a big favour and give it a try. The Kieser team are very friendly & knowledgeable.
