The Physios and Exercise scientists work as a team to help me feel supported in my injury recovery program. All staff make me feel comfortable in the unique training environment which is not a familiar environment to me. My recovery is going very well. Thankyou to everyone.
I joined Kieser back in Sep 2022 in preparation for a hip replacement . From the very first consultation , during both pre and post surgery rehabilitation I have always found all the staff to be very caring and supportive . The physiotherapists are always there if needed to assist with your excercise programme to ensure your on track. I continue with my regular assisted strength training twice a week and would highly recommend to all ages who wish to build strength or require rehab in a very welcoming and supportive environm... read more

Staff are brilliant. Ascot facility is always maintained to a high standard. Equipment is readily available. As are the knowledgable and experienced staff. I have and would always recommend friends/family to contact Kieser for injury rehab, surgery pre hab or general physio assistance. The team always make time to talk not just about training or injuries, but a friendly chat as well. Training is always safe and structured to your specific requirements. Overall just a great place to be a member.
I cannot rate this place more highly. I have had hip and back and neck issues for years. Have had scans, see many doctors and lots of medication and nothing has helped until now. Using the machines at Kieser and regular visits to my amazing physio at Kieser has helped me get my life back on track.
