Plan Annual day properly, don't update timing on last day. Wasting everyone's time. Last year was also not planned properly. Did you take a vote atleast for conducting function at afternoon in this scorching heat? Still did not get last year photos. Everyone are suffocating and no air circulation. No air conditioning, unacceptable, kids were drenched in sweat. Terrible arrangements
