Had a great experience in the Infant to Older Ones rooms. No issues until an extra week of tuition was direct withdrawn out of our bank account after our 2-week signed leave notice that has still not been refunded 8 weeks later. Will update my review when I receive the $399.50 refund check in my mailbox.

I recently removed my child from their Smyrna location. All in one day he had bloody drainage leaking from his ear and I was not notified, bitten so hard by another child he had a full set of teeth marks on his nose for 2 days again I wasn't notified or given any incident report and was released at pick up to a friend of mine that had never been there without so much as being asked his name let alone for Id, oh and a child was the one that opened for him when he arrived. One of my older boy’s went to Kidz Ink a few years back (he unfortunately had to leave due to schooling in a different district), but he really enjoyed coming here everyday! The staff is always very friendly & personable, it’s a very clean environment & overall a great center! Fast forward to now & I have 1 year old twins I just enrolled and it’s been just as great! I love it my daughter been there since she was in the 2s room and the staff was on it with her potty training even though I was doing it but within 2weeks my baby girl was outta pull ups they saved my life as well and know she's in pre-k about to graduate the staff Is friendly I love it there . Whatever problem you have with other kids or staff etc the administrative is on it they don't let it go or blow it off. We absolutely love Kidz Ink IV. Our daughter has been attending since she was 4 months old. She loves to go to school and intersect with everyone. It takes about 10 minutes to leave at the end of the day because she has to see everyone on the way out. The staff just shows how much they care for the kids and their families. We are so happy that she is care for and happy everyday that we can’t be with her.

Kidz Ink is an awesome childcare center. My children love coming everyday and I know they are safe when their there. They are always in constant communication when needed!! Everyone is always pleasant!!

5 stars I have been with Kidz Ink for several years. My daughter began at 4 months old and my son was in 3-year-old preschool. I have gone from an anxious parent leaving her infant to watching my children thrive with loving and educated teachers. My daughter still says hi to her infant teacher every single day on the way home, and I know I can go to her current amazing teachers with anything. My daughter has only been going to Kidz Ink for about 2 months and the progress she has made is tremendous!! She is learning so much (baby sign language, colors, words, etc.) I am very pleased with the services I've received. The teachers and staff are friendly and they center is always well decorated and very clean!! proud parent of Kidz Ink.
