We've been going here for the past month and are really impressed with the changes we're seeing in our son's behavior. He's listening more, following directions, and is having fun while doing it! The coaches are really sweet and he has loved everyone he's worked with.
KidStrong is a place for families to learn and grow. Children learn about fitness in a fun way that is sustainable and supports their self esteem. Adults learn how to connect with their children on a different level by working alongside them, their teammates and coaches.
It has been such a beneficial program for my speech delayed son. Although he is still working on speaking out loud it has improvement his overall confidence so much already. The coach is amazing with not pushing him too hard outside his comfort zone while still encouraging him to try.
