Very nice place and so convenient!! I was able to do the registration online. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! My daughter loves it!! Grateful for a clean, safe and fun place to take my child! Soon they will have late night and weekend hours!! That's awesome for people who work the evening shift.
-♾ stars to be honest! I absolutely despise this place. Staff yells at us for the stupidest reasons before letting us explain. I also found a roach and mice feces there. One time, one of the staff slammed a little kid on the red steps or whatever it's called, and then yelled at the kid for crying. My friend's mom went to pick me up so I packed up my things and told Ms. Monique (a staff worker) that someone was waiting to pick me up. She SCREAMED at me and told me I couldn't leave. Love the kindness of the employees. Very pleasant. Clean. My grandchildren love going there. Needs more places like this
