I truly hate to leave a review like this, because the concept of this kids park is good, and the place itself has a lot of potential. The facility is clean, fun, and on the surface it looks like a great spot for kids to burn energy. That said, the big problem is the staff — they are simply not experienced with managing children. Kids are kids. They get loud, excited, emotional, and sometimes need redirection. Safe, reliable, affordable. So grateful for this childhood center. It is clean with a many activities for children to do. They offer snack, lunch, and dinner. They also hold holiday and seasonal events. Our family visits whenever parents want a much needed day date and need to keep the kiddos safe and busy. I wish there were more of these locations in other areas of town. Especially Elk Grove!
