I love this place. The staff is super friendly while also kind and interactive with my little boy. The place has plenty of space and options for activities. And, most important, they are flexible, consistent, and reliable - I highly recommend KidsPark. They give me the time I need so that when I'm with my son, I'm at my best. Thank you.
I'm not sure how this place gets such good reviews. I did drop off childcare on a Friday evening while my husband and I went on a date night and the people in charge of my children were less than professional and, quite frankly, not people I would ever trust to watch my children. The place was dirty and it was chaotic. I do not recommend leaving your children here.
I wanted to share our recent experience with KidsPark. Our son started at KidsPark about three weeks ago. Everything seemed to be going well until today. When I picked him up, he complained about an ouch on his arm. Upon closer inspection, I noticed bite marks. It turns out that my son was bitten twice during the 3.5 hours he was there, and I wasn’t notified at all. When I called to inquire, they explained that they forgot to call me because they were busy. This is completely unacceptable, and we won’t be returning.
