I highly recommend this store. It has professional staff and great products. I was fortunate to be helped out by Joe whom assisted me during my entire experience of purchasing a bike and other accessories.
After test riding we ordered 2 Rilu Nomad e-bikes in store at Kidsons Cycles and were excited when they arrived in store only 2 days after placing the order. In a few short weeks we have travelled over 200kms on these e-bikes and are so impressed we would recommend them to anyone interested in an e-bike. The Kidsons team were a pleasure to deal with and we have no doubt this will continue as we engage them for any upkeep or servicing of these e-bikes.
We've bought all our bikes from Kidsons for over 10 years - from kids bikes through to MTBs & Roadies. The team is always professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. After-sales service is excellent with quick turnaround and great workshop support. Good range of accessories, convenient and reasonably priced. Also it's great to support local. Highly recommend!
Josef was amazing to deal with, nothing was a problem and he made sure my new bike was ready at very short notice, thankyou so much!
