The DIR Floortime approach has been a game changer for us. Our OT, Kevin, is able to connect with my son as well as give me practical, child led strategies that sit well with me as a parent. I also love the physical set up in clinic- carpeted floors, whiteboards on the wall, crash mats, "stretchies", but not in a way that there is too much equipment that would be overwhelm ing.
