Complete failure of a program!!! If you get Lisa, she's totally one sided and does not have anyone's child's best interest in heart or mind. Everything it took years to build up in my daughter she has demolished in less than 6 months. I have requested to speak to supervisors, made over 50 calls and no call back. I am now facing contempt citations due to them not calling to set up any visits even though they have the court order
Matt Schaffer is rude and weird. He was unprofessional and talking over me, he was snarky and condescending. I can’t get in touch with anyone else from this organization which makes me question the authenticity overall.

Lisa from kids voice hasn’t taken a second to talk to the child (Hince the name) went to office to talk to supervisor, made countless calls for a superviser and no call back and not a soul in the building.Fails to return emails. Makes decisions that is not in the best interest of the child. States on reviews it takes matters seriously and by the reviews everyone has bad issues with them.
