The manager was also so lovely and down-to-earth, I have forgotten her name I think she said she was new :( it was refreshing to have a genuine conversation with someone who clearly cares. The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful and caring she took so much time to really listen to all my concerns and made me feel completely heard. The therapist we booked in with was nothing short of amazing which was so settling to see. Overall, an absolutely great experience from start to finish, we cant wait to come back.

Wonderful therapists that are so helpful and caring. Great facilities! My son loves social boot camp and the school holiday camps also.
We had a great speechie for a couple of years, cannot fault her. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience trying to get an OT to come to the school with very little communication from management or the OT himself. We will no longer be engaging with KTC and will be looking for therapists elsewhere.
We have been going to this service for a number of years. The administration and management of this service has led to us leaving. This week we missed an appointment because an immediate family member passed away. The response from admin and the operations manager when we told them why the appointment was missed is that we would be charged for late cancellation and that was their policy.
