Great family-owned business with excellent customer service. I bought a stroller from them, and about a year later I removed the car seat straps for cleaning and had trouble putting them back correctly. I brought it in, and one of the ladies was able to figure it out and reinstall everything properly in just 10–15 minutes, even without the stroller manual. We ventured in to look at gliders and were pulled to look at the stores many other pieces of merchandise. Martha was so helpful and patient to explain different car seat, stroller, and bassinet options. She answered every question with some feedback on the industry standard and her personal experience. She provided us details on the companies registry and we can’t wait to add the items we picked out in store today!! Thank you, Martha!
